Testament to Bonifacio Global City’s rise as a business district is the eventual transfer of The Philippine Stock Exchange to One Bonifacio High Street. This tower of approximately 30,000 square meters in leasable area is intended to be the home of the unified Philippine Stock Exchange office, as well as top local and multinational corporations.
This 21-story, triple-A office tower will be a signature in Bonifacio Global City scheduled for completion in 2017. Enveloped in a 100% glass façade, future locators of this building will be greeted with a grand, high ceiling entrance lobby, dedicated elevators leading to the stock exchange and an amenity floor for conference rooms and business lounges. Of the 30,000 square meter of office space offered for rent, about 23,000 is allocated for the PSE and its active trading partners. The office tower forms part of a mixed-use superblock project along with Ayala Land Premier’s The Suites and Ayala Malls.
