Arca South is one of Metro Manila’s rising business districts and township development. With a number of commercial and residential developments ongoing, Arca South is looking like Bonifacio Global City in its early years. Its proximity to the city’s airport, NAIA, and the southern artery of the metropolis, South Luzon Express Way, has made it a promising location for both businesses and residents.

It is built by one of the country’s trusted developers

Arca South is a 74-hectare master-planned sustainable estate by Ayala Land, Inc. It is the newest live-play-work development, where its residential developments include the following Ayala Land subsidiaries: Ayala Land Premier, Alveo, and Avida – giving you a wide market range. Within the vicinity, commercial and office properties include Ayala Malls Arca South, Arca South Corporate Center, Manta Corporate Plaza, Savya Financial Center, Seda Hotel, and others.

Accessibility to the Metro and the rest of Luzon

Aside from its proximity to NAIA, at least three future transportation infrastructure developments will complement Arca South’s accessibility to various points of the Metro. First is the Taguig Integrated Terminal Exchange (TITX), a master-planned 6-storey terminal that will serve up to 4,000 buses a day, it is also proposed to be linked to the PNR FTI Station and the Mega Manila Subway.

Another is the Skyway Link. Arca South will be easily accessible via a Skyway ramp that will land directly within the development.

Thirdly, the C5 link to C6 Expressway will provide an alternate route to EDSA to travel from Parañaque to Quezon City. Arca South is within close proximity to the airport (4.7km) and to major office districts such as the Makati Central Business District (7km) and Bonifacio Global City (5km).

Arca South also serves as a gateway to the South, paving the way to Las Piñas, Muntinlupa, Cavite, and more.

First Mover Advantage

As Arca South is still budding and set to become the next central business district, the rates currently are quite competitive compared to BGC and Makati. Especially for companies whose preferences have changed post-pandemic, Arca South provides a low-density alternative to the crowded and pricey business districts.
