HOMEGROWN developer Oakridge Realty Development Corp. (ORDC) has appointed real estate services and advisory firm Santos Knight Frank-Philippines as the exclusive marketing and leasing agency for the latter’s 12-story building, the Oakridge IT Center 3 (OITC 3).
The agreement was made official with the signing ceremony on Friday, July 12, 2019 attended by ORDC director for sales, marketing and business development Anne Liu and ORDC director for legal, finance and human resource Karen Climaco, together with Santos Knight Frank executive director Joanie Mitchell and director Idyll Ann Lacson.
The partnership is aimed at providing seamless service to both corporate and private clients of OITC 3 focusing on a more long-term client relationship.
Oakridge Business Park recently launched the OITC 3, a Grade A building that features 12 floors with high ceiling and wide-open spaces. The tower is fully equipped with top-of-the-line fixtures, amenities and technological systems, as well as a three-level podium parking.
It is poised to be a Philippine Economic Zone Authority accredited building that will cater to both foreign and local business establishments.
ORDC’s flagship project is the Oakridge Business Park, which is an open, landscaped and strategically located four-hectare property that houses numerous information technology (IT) centers, retail outlets and event venues.
Santos Knight Frank is a long-term franchise partnership between Knight Frank, the leading independent global property consultancy headquartered in London, and Rick Santos, the founder and chief executive officer of the leading real estate brokerage and consulting firm in the country (formerly CBRE Philippines).
OITC 3 is the newest IT tower in Oakridge Business Park located along A.S. Fortuna St., Mandaue City.
