Property Finds Asia | Santos Knight Frank kicks off its 25th anniversary in the industry with major recognitions at the Asia Pacific Property Awards and Golden Globe Tigers 2019 as the Philippines’ leading real estate service provider.

The firm was awarded as the “Best Leasing Agency in the Philippines”, “Best Property Consultancy in the Philippines” and “Best Real Estate Agency (Single Office) in the Philippines” during the recent Asia Pacific Property Awards ceremony in Bangkok, Thailand, continuing the firm’s long-running winning streak in the prestigious program.

Since 2012, Santos Knight Frank has won six times as the Philippines’ Best Leasing Agency; five times as Best Real Estate Agency; and three times as Best Property Consultancy. Last year, Santos Knight Frank won Asia Pacific’s Best Leasing Agency award in London – its fourth time to win the regional title.

Meanwhile, Santos Knight Frank also won the “Best Real Estate Services Company” and the “Best Property & Facilities Management Company of the Year” at the Golden Globe Tigers held recently in Manila. Ian Perez, Director for Occupier Services & Commercial Agency at the firm, was recognized with the “Young Achievers Award”.
