Santos Knight Frank and Harrison Profiles International Inc unveil partnership.
With the global disruption caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, companies today are looking at a variety of options for their new workplace strategy, which includes work-from-home (WFH).
How should companies choose which strategy to select?
Leading Philippine real estate service provider Santos Knight Frank has teamed up with Harrison Profiles International Inc. (HPI) to offer organizations a new strategic tool: Remote Workforce Analytics. HPI is the Philippines’ master distributor of the world-renowned Harrison Assessments, a global talent analytics powerhouse with more than 2.5 million people assessed.
The Remote Workforce Analytics tool allows occupiers to measure and understand employees’ capacity to WFH over the long-term, as well as how leaders need to adjust their management style to help employees succeed in WFH environment.
HPI, through Santos Knight Frank, is offering Remote Workforce Analytics to Philippine companies that are considering WFH. The analytics, when combined with expert advice from Santos Knight Frank’s office leasing consultants, will help companies choose the right blend of WFH based on the personal traits of their workforce.
“I know companies that are considering to make WFH permanent,” says Morgan McGilvray, Senior Director for Occupier Services & Commercial Agency at Santos Knight Frank, “but they don’t know if it will work in the long-run. Harrison’s new tools will really help, because they focus on an employee’s personal traits rather than their job title. HR Directors will know which employees can succeed in WFH long-term, and which should come back into the office.”
Christian Quirino, Deputy Director of Harrison Profiles International says: “We are excited to partner with Santos Knight Frank to help organizations quantify how personal factors can either boost or block people’s productivity in a remote working environment. With Harrison Assessments’ Remote Workforce Analytics and Santos Knight Frank’s expertise in real estate leasing, companies can now move forward using a holistic approach to decide who and how many of their employees can work well on-site vs off-site.”
