Facilities Management Dept

Admin Assistant
- Must be willing to work in Taguig City and Alabang
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience as Facilities Coordinator (Supervisory)
- Must be amenable to shifting schedule.
Receiptionist
- Must be a graduate of 4 years course.
- Must be willing to work in Laguna
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in administrative or office works relating to property management.
- Must be amenable to shifting schedule.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
ENGINEERING

Facilities Supervisor
- Must be a licensed Mechanical/ Electrical engineer.
- With at least 2-3years of experience in Facilities Management
- Must be willing to work in Makati and Lucena
- Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule.
PROPERTY ENGINEER
- Must be a licensed Mechanical engineer.
- With at least 2-3years of experience in Property Management
- Must be willing to work in Makati City and Taguig City
- Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule.
FINANCE & ACCOUNTING

Property Accountant
- Graduate of BS Accountancy graduate
- Has at least 2-3 years of experience in real estate industry
- Must be willing to work in Santa Maria, Bulacan and Pasig City
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Applications.
- Knowledgeable in financial reporting and accounting standards
Billing and Collection
- Graduate of any courses
- Has at least 2-3 years of experience in real estate industry
- Must be willing to work in Santa Maria, Bulacan and Pasig City
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Applications.
- Knowledgeable in Billing and Collection Assistant
OPERATIONS

OPERATIONS MANAGER
- Must be a graduate of any bachelor’s degree
- Has at least 2-3 year’s experience in Operations
- Must be creative, persistent, resourceful and has good coordinating skills
- Possesses good communication skills
- With experience in customer service.
Property Manager
- Must be a graduate of BS Engineering or BS Architecture.
- Has at least 2-3 years of experience in Property Management.
- Must be presentable and has good communication skills.
- Can do multi-tasking and can work under extreme pressure.
- Must be willing to work in Metro Manila.
Facilities Manager
- Must be a graduate of BS Engineering or BS Architecture.
- Has at least 2-3 years of experience in Facilities Management.

LISTING ASSOCIATES
- Graduate of any four year course
- Gathering of new listings – cold calling, building walk etc.,
- Resourceful and dynamic

Real Estate Brokers
- Graduate of any four year course
- To actively posts properties in the real estate platforms.
- Quick-witted and dynamic
- Good at networking and maintaining relationships with clients.

HEAD OFFICE

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
- Must be a graduate of BS Engineering, BS Architecture or any related courses.
- Has at least 2-3 years of experience in Project Management
- With knowledge on either property, facilities and Project management
- With knowledge on sales and marketing.
- Excellent time and management and proactive attitude.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Applications

VALUATIONS

REAL ESTATE APPRAISER
- Licensed Real Estate Appraiser / Valuer
- Non-Licensed Real Estate Appraiser / Valuer are open to apply.
- Has at least 3 or more years of relevant experience as a Valuer/Appraiser
- Willing to work on-site at Makati City
